Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate schematic design development and contract document phases of projects
  • Evaluate code compliance with governing agencies and establish meetings as necessary
  • Cultivate effective teamwork to ensure timely deliverables
  • Conduct site visits with Project Managers and other disciplines
  • Analyze project documents for conflicts with other disciplines
  • Develop and edit project specifications
  • Facilitate communication between affected disciplines regarding addenda, RFIs, COs, and changes
  • Administer construction contracts as needed
  • Maintain quality control by conducting QA/QC checks on Engineers, Project Coordinators, Designers, or BIM Technicians as required

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Engineering
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in project execution within the Power Market Sector
  • Previous experience working with engineering consulting firms
  • Preference given to local candidates

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license
  • Experience in project execution within the Power Market Sector
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard Power Market Sector design software

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $77,700-$111,000 depending upon skills, experience, education, and geographical location.
