Overview

The American Management Association (AMA) is seeking Regional Account Managers who will be responsible for promoting and selling AMA's suite of products and services, including business skill seminars, webinars, and e-Learning solutions to both existing and prospective corporate clients.

Key Highlights:

  • Base salary ranging from $45,000 to $50,000, with additional bonus opportunities
  • Comprehensive benefits package available upon commencement of employment

Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed defined monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Engage in proactive sales outreach and campaigns to designated customers to drive revenue
  • Conduct assessments of training needs, explore available options, and suggest suitable training solutions (including seminars, online courses, webinars, etc.)
  • Implement corporate marketing strategies aimed at acquiring new business, retaining customers, and developing accounts
  • Maintain and enhance individual and corporate relationships by delivering outstanding customer service and identifying additional sales opportunities
  • Reinvigorate inactive accounts and seek new clients to foster business growth
  • Organize and prioritize daily work schedules to effectively manage leads and accounts
  • Perform other related tasks as necessary


Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; college education preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales or account management preferred
  • A proactive attitude and a desire to learn are essential
