Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Packaging Production Specialist to join our team at US Tech Force - Green Bay. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling cartons and packing finished products into designated containers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble cartons prior to packing and ensure they meet customer requirements.
  • Use specification worksheets to verify customer specifications are being met.
  • Perform quality checks in collaboration with Machine Operators and Quality Control to ensure the highest quality products are delivered to customers.
  • Pull samples from finished products for quality inspections and record daily log sheets for production.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, promoting a safe working environment.
  • Clean ink pans and glue pots, and weigh bins of scrap.
  • Complete FDA forms as required.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, and be flexible to adapt to changing production needs.

Work Schedule:

  • Rotating shift schedule, rotating every two weeks.
  • Monday through Thursday, 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM, and Monday through Wednesday, 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM.
  • No weekend work.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $18.00 per hour, BOE.
  • Eligibility for referral, performance, safety, and attendance bonuses.
  • Health, dental, vision, life, and long-term disability insurance.
