Software Development Engineer II, Security

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Engineer II to join our Security team at Amazon. As a key member of our team, you will design and build large-scale next-generation authentication management systems.
With a strong focus on empowering our team members to achieve their goals, we offer a collaborative and fun work environment. You will work closely with our leadership team to drive key engineering and business decisions that impact the Amazon developer experience.
As a Security Software Development Engineer, you will contribute to all aspects of the software development and deployment lifecycle across multiple products. You will have the opportunity to innovate and deliver high-impact outcomes while working with a talented team of engineers and builders.
This role involves on-call responsibilities, typically for one week every two months. We prioritize system fault tolerance to minimize disruptions and work together to resolve issues efficiently.
What We're Looking For- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
