Job Duties:
  • Develop and train qualified operating team members to ensure high-quality experience delivery.
  • Assist with scheduling, orientation, and training of hired operating team members.
  • Oversee daily operations, including ticketing, cash management, and guest engagement, to maintain high standards.
  • Monitor experience operating standards, metrics, and safety, and assigned budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Coordinate on-site support as required by producers, ticketing, customer care, and other teams.
  • Collaborate with the team on crisis management and communication to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide daily updates and reports to the leadership team to ensure informed decision-making.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as needed and assigned.
Job Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Further education in hospitality management or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in a management role within the hospitality industry.
  • Attraction, theme park, or touring experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with attraction and touring entertainment operations.
  • Proven excellence in leadership, team building, management, and motivation skills.
  • Strong analytical, multitasking abilities, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.) and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods.

Salary: $20/hr
