Assistant Community Manager

Bonner Carrington Property Management is a forward-thinking full-service property management company that prides itself on taking care of its properties, clients, residents, and employees. We're seeking an Assistant Community Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential leasing and property management, with a focus on effective resident retention programs, marketing, and leasing functions. They will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations at one of our apartment communities, including financial record-keeping, resident relations, and rent collection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement effective resident retention programs, including move-in and service follow-up
- Maintain good resident relations and respond to resident concerns in a timely manner
- Collect rents and make daily deposits and reconciliations monthly
- Enforce rent collection policy and process invoices
- Monitor renewals and distribute and follow-up on renewal notices
- Prepare paperwork for move-ins in a timely manner and in accordance with the properties' housing regulations and Bonner Carrington's policies
- Produce monthly reports for the Property Manager
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year residential leasing and property management experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
