Job Overview

RIC Development LLC is seeking a highly skilled Project Development Manager to lead the development of renewable energy projects in the North East region of the United States.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop greenfield project within RIC's Renewable Energy portfolios across the North East region, with immediate focus on New York Distributed Generation Solar and Energy Storage.
  • Lead the zoning, regulatory, and use permit procedures, securing project financing throughout the process.
  • Coordinate internal teams, manage external consultants, and facilitate communications with stakeholders including landowners, community leaders, and environmental agencies.
Requirements
  • Mastery in project management with the ability to identify and resolve potential project flaws.
  • General understanding of renewable energy market trends and their impacts on solar project development.
  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively individually as well as with a team.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Benefits
  • Estimated salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 per year.
