The Senior Project Management Executive will lead project delivery initiatives within the PLM Services division. Key Responsibilities

Project Portfolio Oversight:

  • Establish and uphold project management methodologies, standards, and best practices.
  • Supervise all project execution activities within the PLM Services division.
  • Guarantee timely project delivery within defined scope and budget.

Mentorship and Growth:

  • Guide and develop project managers to improve their skills and performance, fostering a culture of continuous enhancement.

Performance Evaluation:

  • Develop and track project performance using key metrics and KPIs, identifying improvement areas and implementing necessary corrective measures.

Resource Management:

  • Assist team leaders in the effective allocation of resources to projects, ensuring optimal utilization and balanced workload across the team.

Promoting Best Practices:

  • Advocate and disseminate project management concepts throughout the organization to ensure compliance with best practices and standardized methodologies.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Communicate project status, risks, and challenges to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Build strong relationships across departments to encourage collaboration and support project initiatives.

Methodology Enhancement:

  • Continuously refine project management methodologies, processes, and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness in project delivery.

Qualifications

Technical Expertise: Profound understanding of project management methodologies and best practices, proficiency in project management software, and familiarity with data analytics, risk management, and resource allocation techniques.

Advanced IT and PLM platform architecture and deployment skills; knowledge of cybersecurity principles and data protection regulations.

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, managing complex, cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and strategic planning capabilities, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, robust problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
  • Attributes: Results-oriented, adaptable, and resilient, with a collaborative mindset and a passion for mentoring and developing team members.
  • Industry Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of DS Portfolio and Solutions and PLM Project implementation.
  • Citizenship: Must be a US citizen or Green Card Holder.
