Job Title: Manager Data Analytics

Sansar Tec is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our data analytics team in driving business strategy and decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, experience in data management and analytics tools, and the ability to communicate complex data concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
    • Establish performance metrics, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide professional development opportunities for team members.
  • Data Strategy Development:
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to define data analytics strategy and align it with organizational goals.
    • Identify opportunities to leverage data analytics to enhance business operations and improve decision-making.
  • Data Management:
    • Oversee the collection, processing, and analysis of large datasets from various sources to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
    • Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
    • Design and implement advanced analytical models, including predictive analytics and machine learning algorithms, to derive actionable insights.
    • Create and present comprehensive reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to understand their analytics needs and provide tailored solutions.
    • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote data literacy and encourage a data-driven culture within the organization.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in data analytics and recommend enhancements to existing processes and tools.
    • Evaluate and implement new analytics tools and software to improve team efficiency and analytical capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in data modeling in a banking industry.
  • Experience with data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong understanding of database management systems and data warehousing concepts.
  • Excellent consulting skills and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
