Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect guest rooms to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and quality
  • Counsel and interview employees to maintain a positive and productive work environment
  • Resolve guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Perform general office duties, including data entry and record-keeping
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year of hotel experience
