- Document temperature logs and waste records accurately.
- 1-2 years of recent experience as a fry cook in a busy restaurant environment.
- Ability to remain on your feet for the duration of the shift.
- Capable of reading and interpreting menus effectively.
- Strong communication skills with team members.
- Demonstrated urgency in serving guests and assisting colleagues.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as necessary.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts and hours.

- High School diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Culinary training is preferred.
