Business Development Opportunity

Paragon Supply Inc. is seeking a skilled Masonry Hardscape Business Development Specialist to join our sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building relationships with contractors and customers, providing exceptional customer service, and selling masonry and hardscape supplies.

Your primary duties will include presenting and selling company products and services, following up on leads and referrals, and answering phone calls/greeting visitors to the sales counter. You will also be responsible for preparing quotes and providing product information to showroom visitors, staying current with product knowledge, and processing sales.

Main Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with contractors and customers to identify sales opportunities
  • Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients
  • Follow up on leads and referrals resulting from showroom visits, phone calls, and as assigned
  • Process sales, including product ordering, financial settlement, and logistics coordination

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, dependent on performance.
