Business Acquisitions by Aprio is actively seeking M&A Brokers to enhance our dynamic team. As a Colorado-based business brokerage firm, we specialize in sell-side transactions within the lower middle market, providing essential services to small and medium-sized business owners, including business valuation, exit planning, market strategy, buyer discovery, deal structuring, and negotiation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultation: Engage with clients to comprehend their objectives, whether selling a business or seeking an acquisition.
  • Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Valuation Expertise: Assess the fair market value of businesses through detailed financial analysis and market trends.
  • Listing Development: Assist in preparing business listings, including financial documentation and marketing materials.
  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify potential clients through various outreach methods.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Negotiation Facilitation: Lead negotiations to achieve favorable terms for all parties involved.
  • Due Diligence Management: Oversee the due diligence process to ensure thorough documentation and compliance.
  • Deal Structuring Advice: Provide insights on deal structures, financing options, and tax implications.
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure all transactions adhere to legal and regulatory standards.
  • Marketing Initiatives: Develop promotional materials and manage online listings for client acquisition.
  • Client Education: Inform clients about the buying or selling process, including timelines and expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess an active Colorado real estate license or be in the process of obtaining one, with the ability to be fully licensed within 90 days of hire.
