Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train a team of housekeeping staff to ensure all procedures are completed to the highest standards.
  • Inspect areas to confirm cleaning standards have been met and assist staff to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and service.
  • Conduct staff training as assigned and contribute to the team by exhibiting professionalism with customers, fellow employees, and others.
  • Resolve internal and external guest complaints to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Document call-offs, replacements, and staff breaks.
  • Prepare and distribute assignment sheets to staff and review priorities.
Requirements
  • Previous leadership experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
