Bartender Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a memorable experience for our guests by providing exceptional service and crafting high-quality beverages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our beverage menu, including cocktails, beers, and wines.
  • Prepare and serve drinks to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Bartender or in a related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits, as well as mixology techniques.
