Experienced Mixologist

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to deliver exceptional guest experiences at our restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting innovative drinks, providing outstanding customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar environment.

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines.
• Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks.
• Assess customers' needs and preferences, making recommendations to enhance their experience.
• Mix and serve cocktails, ensuring quality and presentation.
• Plan and present our bar menu, showcasing our signature drinks.
• Verify customers' identification and confirm their age to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies, maintaining a well-stocked and organized bar.
• Focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences, fostering a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our guests.

• Proven experience as a Bartender, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• Excellent knowledge of mixology, garnishing, and serving techniques.
• Computer literacy, with proficiency in point-of-sale systems and inventory management.
• Knowledge of a second language is a plus, but not required.
• Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized bar environment, ensuring a safe and healthy space for our guests.
• Relevant training certificate, such as TIPS or Bartender Certification.
