Mental Health Support Specialist

Key Qualifications:
- Possess a certification as a BCaBA, RBT, or BCAT.
- Alternatively, hold a high school diploma or equivalent, have completed a 40-hour RBT Task List training, and received certification from a BCBA or BCaBA trainer (training is available).
- Provide proof of Covid-19 vaccination, Medical Exemption, or Religious Exemption.
- Have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass various background checks.
Responsibilities:
- Execute interventions as outlined in treatment and behavior plans.
- Facilitate therapeutic activities aimed at achieving individual treatment objectives.
- Demonstrate, instruct, and transfer skills to natural supports, caregivers, and clients to promote independence.
- Maintain documentation of sessions, interventions, skills transfer efforts, and client reactions.
- Gather data to evaluate treatment progress.
- Provide behavioral and emotional support.
- Employ crisis intervention strategies as necessary.
- Engage in mandatory meetings and training sessions.
- Act as a mandated reporter in accordance with state regulations.
Incentives:
- Achieve 45 Billable Hours - Receive an additional $100.
- Achieve 65 Billable Hours - Receive an additional $200.
Compensation Structure:
- $16.50/hour: High School Diploma.
- $17.50/hour: High School Diploma with RBT Training/Certification.
- $18.50/hour: Bachelor's Degree.
- $19.50/hour: Bachelor's Degree with RBT Training/Certification.
- $20/hour: Bachelor's Degree, RBT Training/Certification, and successful completion of the RBT Exam.
- Nonbillable: $15/hour.
Work Environment:
- Various settings including camps and public schools.
- Clients' residences.
