We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Residential Advisor at Penndel Mental Health Center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Motivate residents to develop and utilize their potential in addressing social, health, emotional, and economic challenges.
  • Select and guide residents in activities tailored to their physical and emotional needs.
  • Collaborate with residents to create a supportive and inclusive environment.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma
  • Previous experience working with individuals diagnosed with mental illness
  • Active driver's license

Benefits:

  • $1,000 signing bonus paid at completion of 90 days of employment
