Job Description:

Elixir Medical Corporation is a dynamic and innovative company seeking an exceptional Manufacturing Process Engineer to lead our manufacturing engineering efforts. This role requires a highly skilled individual with expertise in process development, optimization, and implementation.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes that meet or exceed quality and production targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and optimize manufacturing systems and equipment.
  • Lead technical projects from initiation to implementation, ensuring timely and budget-friendly execution.
  • Mentor junior engineers and technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Analyze and resolve complex manufacturing equipment issues.
  • Work closely with the R&D team to develop and optimize manufacturing processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering discipline, Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in medical device industry Manufacturing Engineering (ME), preferably including Class III implants.
  • Strong technical project management experience, with some experience managing engineers a plus.
  • Experience with technical writing, TP/TR, IQ/OQ/PQ, and documentation for regulatory submissions.
  • Excellent communication, verbal, and written, and people skills.
  • Advanced Excel and SolidWorks skills, with ERP system experience a plus.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
