Job Description:

We are seeking an Electronics Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team at Johnson Service Group. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality processes and procedures for electronic assemblies, maintaining regulatory compliance, and providing customer support for quality initiatives. As an Electronics Manufacturing Process Engineer, you will work closely with our production team to ensure that electronic assemblies meet strict quality and safety standards.

Compensation Package: $70,000 - $100,000 per year, plus benefits

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement internal manufacturing quality processes and procedures for electronic assemblies.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, including FDA and ISO 13485.
  • Provide customer support for quality initiatives and ensure that electronic assemblies meet strict quality and safety standards.
  • Perform statistical analysis of processes through trend charts, control charts, DOE, PFMEA, and other tools.

**Requirements:

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Quality Engineer in an EMS environment, with experience in electronic manufacturing and compliance with FDA and ISO 13485.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient with PC-based software, including Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
