Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Policies and Procedures: Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures for programs to ensure quality patient care and services.
- Monitor and Track Patient Outcomes: Monitor and track patient outcomes through advanced techniques, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care.
- Ensure Quality Standards: Ensure adherence to quality standards and review program deliverables to ensure that our services meet the highest standards.
- Interpret Policies and Objectives: Assist in the interpretation of policies and objectives of nursing service to staff and community groups, ensuring that everyone is aligned with our mission.
- Develop Care Plans and Schedules: Create care plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, and budgets, conducting home care program meetings to ensure effective management of activities.
- Education and Skills: Associate's Degree in Nursing
- Experience: 4 years of clinical nursing and 1 year in a supervisory role preferred
- Licenses and Certifications: RN License in state of employment or compact, Wound Care certification required within a year of employment
