Job Overview

Crawlspace Medic is seeking a skilled and reliable individual to join our production crews in Athens, GA.

About the Role

The Crawlspace Technician/Construction Laborer will assist our Crew Leaders with repair work scheduled by our team. Responsibilities include assisting with structural repairs, moisture remediation, and other tasks such as tool inventory and errands.

Salary and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of $16.00+ per hour (dependent on experience/skill), plus a bonus based on production performance. Benefits include 401(k) matching, bonus opportunities, and free uniforms.

Requirements

We are looking for an individual with previous experience in construction and repair, preferably with expertise in crawlspace repairs, including structural repair and moisture remediation. The ideal candidate should be flexible, willing to adapt to changing duties, and possess excellent people skills. A valid Driver's License and reliable transportation are also required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with light carpentry, hauling materials, and performing light plumbing and masonry tasks
  • Conduct tool inventory and maintenance
Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly.
