Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated individual with previous experience in construction and repair, preferably in crawlspace repairs, to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent people skills, be flexible with duties, and have a strong desire to reach and exceed set goals.
Responsibilities- Assist production crews in crawlspace repair work, including structural repair and moisture remediation
- Perform light carpentry, hauling material, light plumbing, and light masonry tasks
- Manage tool inventory and maintenance
- Previous experience in construction and repair, preferably in crawlspace repairs
- Excellent people skills and ability to interact professionally with customers and coworkers
- Ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly
- Driver's License and reliable transportation to and from work
Our competitive salary is $16.00+ (depending on experience/skill) plus a bonus based on production performance. We also offer 401(k) matching, bonus based on performance, and free uniforms.
