Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide friendly and courteous service to all customers, answering questions and making recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Deli Case Management: Maintain the deli case to ensure that it is fully stocked, visually appealing, and meets company standards.
  • Product Preparation: Accurately record and assist in the preparation of deli special orders to ensure that guests are delighted with the finished products.
  • Inventory Management: Check in deliveries, compare invoices to merchandise, and maintain product levels in sales cases to ensure that the store meets out-of-stock percentage goals.
  • Cross-Training: Cross-train in Meat, Prepared Foods, and Seafood to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Teamwork: Actively participate in and promote an environment that values diversity, inclusion, and respect for Team Members, customers, vendors, and the community.
Requirements
  • Age Requirement: At least 18 years of age.
  • Lifting Requirement: Up to 50 pounds.
  • Education Desired: No High School diploma required.
  • Experience Desired: Food Safety experience.
