Job Summary
We are seeking a Night Store Team Member to join our team at GetGo Caf + Market. As a Night Store Team Member, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate a cash register, process transactions, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, as well as maintaining inventory levels.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping experience.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
