**Job Description**

As a Nursing Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of nursing staff to provide high-quality care to our residents. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Completing resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff
  • Establishing a compassionate environment by providing support to residents & families
  • Providing information to residents & staff by answering questions and requests
  • Maintaining safe & clean working environment by implementing rules & regulations
  • Promoting resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing
  • Managing documentation of resident care services
  • Ensuring a cooperative relationship among health care teams

**Requirements**

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Current Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Minimum 3 years of Long-Term Care experience required
  • Strong and positive Team Director for all members of the staff
  • Familiar with EHR and Eperscribing programs
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Must be vaccinated
