Job Summary

The Janitorial Specialist is a part-time position responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment within our facilities. This role reports to the Facilities Manager and is an essential part of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Empty trash and recycling receptacles and replace liners as needed.
  • Dust, wipe, and spot clean all surfaces, including furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
  • Vacuum, mop, and wet mop designated areas to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Clean the entire restroom, including disinfecting surfaces, restocking supplies, and removing trash.
  • Ensure all lights are turned off and doors are locked when leaving an area.
  • Keep closets organized and tidy.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Facilities Manager.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Reliable transportation to ensure consistent dependability.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the position.
  • Pass a background check and drug screen as required by contractual obligations.
