Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial Specialist to join our team at Wells. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment in our plant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all areas, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and wiping down surfaces.
  • Empty trash and recycling bins, and clean and sanitize bathrooms.
  • Organize deck storage areas, tools, and materials, and maintain outdoor grounds by removing unwanted debris.
  • Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision, and follow safety procedures and comply with policies.
  • Notify the Supervisor of unsafe conditions or maintenance needs.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to manage your time efficiently, and work well with others.
  • Strong attention to detail, and ability to follow schedules and keep commitments.
  • Ability to follow directions from Supervisor, and proficient in computers is preferred.
  • Bi-lingual is preferred.
Working Conditions:
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
  • Work environment is both indoor and outdoor, with exposure to sun, heat, humidity, cold, wind, light rain, sand, and dust.
