Polis Flooring Installer Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Flooring Installer to join our team at Polis. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for installing various types of flooring for commercial and industrial clients.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet with clients to understand their flooring needs and preferences.
  • Install flooring in new construction projects, following blueprints and specifications.
  • Remove old flooring from existing structures, ensuring a smooth transition to new flooring.
  • Prepare surfaces for installation, applying adhesives and grouts as needed.
  • Ensure all installed flooring is secure, level, and meets client expectations.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in the flooring industry, with a focus on commercial and industrial installations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with common flooring installation practices and techniques.
  • Proficiency in using a variety of tools and equipment, including those specific to flooring installation.
  • Reliable transportation and a willingness to travel to job sites as needed.
