Position:

Healthcare Equipment Logistics Specialist

Branch:

Acadia Medical, a division of Quipt Home Medical

Role Overview:

Accountable for the delivery, installation, patient education, and retrieval of medical equipment.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, with an on-call rotation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to Quipt's policies and procedures
  • Professionally and safely install medical equipment in patients' residences
  • Complete necessary setup documentation
  • Educate patients on the proper use of equipment
  • Demonstrate the correct usage of disposable supplies
  • Instruct patients on equipment cleaning and upkeep
  • Deliver and retrieve equipment and supplies from patients
  • Conduct minor repairs and maintenance tasks
  • Ensure patient adherence to equipment usage
  • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle
  • Comply with regulatory standards
  • Support Quipt's growth objectives
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 75 pounds
  • Perform other assigned responsibilities

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License (Required)
  • Clean Driving Record
  • Pass a background check
