Job Summary

We are seeking a Part Time Test Proctor to provide proctoring services in support of faculty, student services, and disability services in the testing center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide proctoring services to examinees in a quiet and controlled environment.
  • Work closely with faculty, student services, and disability services to ensure a smooth testing process.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion when working with examinees.
  • Operate standard office equipment and software, including Microsoft Office Suite and Windows applications.
  • Communicate effectively with examinees, faculty, and staff to resolve any testing-related issues.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or higher preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with diverse populations.
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Windows applications, and standard office equipment.
  • Ability to work in a quiet environment and handle a reasonable amount of stress.
  • Must not be a Galveston College student.
