Mosaic Medical is seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Care Specialist to join our team in Madras, Oregon. As a Comprehensive Dentist, you will provide high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, working closely with our team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive dental care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and delivery of high-quality dental services.
- Supervise and mentor Dental Assistants and Dental Hygienists as assigned.
- Meet productivity goals and clinical measures and standards of the clinic.
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and complete documentation in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Experience working with low-income populations preferred.
- Experience working on computers, including typing/keyboarding skills required.
- Knowledge of health insurance plans preferred.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements, including CLIA and OSHA standards preferred.
- Ability to work with practice management software required.
- Bilingual Spanish a plus.
