About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team at Team Ruby Henderson in Raleigh, North Carolina. As a successful Sales Agent, you will have the opportunity to leverage our streamlined closing procedures and cutting-edge technology to maximize your sales performance and drive profitability.

Your primary focus will be on lead generation, open houses, and converting prospects into appointments. You will also be responsible for script practice, team activities, coaching sessions, and negotiations. Our ideal candidate is a motivated team player with excellent communication skills and a proven track record of success in real estate sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute effective lead generation strategies
  • Conduct regular open houses to attract potential clients
  • Convert leads into appointments through exceptional customer service
  • Participate in ongoing training and coaching to enhance sales skills
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of sellers and buyers
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess a valid North Carolina real estate license, at least 2 years of experience in real estate sales, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Additionally, you should be able to build strong relationships with clients, demonstrate expertise in pricing strategies, and manage your time effectively.

What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $150,000 - $300,000 per year, depending on experience.
