We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Professional to join our dynamic team in the Raleigh, North Carolina area. As a key member of our sales team, you will have the opportunity to drive real estate production, increase profitability, and live a big life through wealth building and time mastery.
About the Opportunity:
Our streamlined closing procedures enable you to focus on increasing transaction numbers, while our state-of-the-art tools and AI technology empower you to build lifelong relationships with consumers. You will have the support of a dedicated closing team and the opportunity to participate in script practice and team activities to ensure your success.
Responsibilities:
- Execute a lead generation strategy to attract new business
- Conduct open houses on a monthly basis to showcase properties and engage with potential clients
- Convert prospects and lead gen activities into appointments to drive sales
- Participate in regular script practice and team activities to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Commit to ongoing coaching sessions and training to stay up-to-date on industry best practices
- Negotiate offers on behalf of buyers and sellers to secure successful transactions
- Attend and promote client events to foster strong relationships and growth opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of tasks and activities in our CRM system
Requirements:
- A valid North Carolina real estate license is required
- At least 2 years of experience in real estate sales is preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role
- The ability to learn and adapt quickly is crucial in this fast-paced environment
- Punctuality and attention to detail are non-negotiable traits for this position
