Key Responsibilities:
• Set up, program, calibrate, and test electronic products according to established procedures
• Conduct routine tests to ensure production quality standards are met, following established test procedures
• Perform routine and repetitive tests on circuits, components, and electronic units, following established test procedures
• Maintain accurate documentation of test results
• Perform simple assembly-level troubleshooting
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and equipment, adhering to prescribed safety regulations
• Perform basic mathematical calculations and counting
• Take accurate measurements using a digital multimeter
• Demonstrate proficiency in Thru-Hole soldering
• Work independently with minimal supervision and direction
• Identify and communicate inconsistencies in work instructions and product during the assembly process
• Demonstrate efficiency and accuracy in the assembly process

Requirements:
• High school education or equivalent, with at least six months of related experience or training
• IPC-J-Std, Class 3 soldering certification is mandatory
• IPC-610 certification is a plus
• Experience assembling products in multiple functional areas of the production floor
• Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal
