Key Responsibilities
  • Safely and efficiently operate and maintain production machinery.
  • Oversee production workflows and conduct basic testing and quality assessments.
  • Properly store goods and raw materials within our warehouse.
  • Prepare items for shipment and ensure accurate labeling.
  • Document production activities and communicate any issues to management.
  • Adhere to health and safety protocols and participate in safety training.
  • Keep a clean and organized workspace to promote efficiency and reduce contamination risks.
  • Engage in team discussions and provide constructive insights on production methods.
  • Follow established production schedules and guidelines.
  • Prepare products for distribution, including assembly, packaging, and labeling tasks.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when handling components and recording information.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, capable of collaborating across various departments.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Problem-solving skills and the capacity to troubleshoot minor technical issues in production.
  • Willingness to engage in ongoing learning and accept constructive feedback to enhance personal and team performance.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in machinery operation or production techniques are advantageous.
  • Familiarity with safety standards and a strong commitment to adhering to all safety regulations and procedures.
  • Flexibility to adapt to production demands that may influence schedules and hours.
Work Schedule

Tuesday - Saturday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm. Hours may vary based on shipping schedules and company requirements.
