We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Technician to join our team at ADM. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our products, while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sampling, testing, and reporting results as necessary.
  • Maintaining stocks and supplies for laboratory devices and equipment.
  • Suggesting, creating, and increasing efficiency for various test methods and laboratory practices.
  • Maintaining lab equipment in good condition and proper calibration.
  • Providing support for Manufacturing related to on-line testing or production controls.
  • Updating, revising, reviewing, and implementing cGMPs at Revela Foods - Litchfield, LLC.
  • Assisting R&D projects and customers with laboratory capabilities and resources.
  • Assisting in developing budget items and cost analysis for all lab tests and supplies.
  • Maintaining adequate reserve samples and sample retain system.
  • Initiating and collecting cleaning samples as assigned.
  • Issuing Batch Records, labels, and other manufacturing documents; including reviews.
  • Approving raw materials and product contact packaging for use in production.
  • Reviewing and filing raw material COA's.
  • Providing support to Warehouse regarding materials handling and approval.
  • Assisting in training for manufacturing personnel for cGMP and SOP as appropriate.
  • Reviewing and auditing Batch Records.
  • Remedy discrepancies and performing investigations for issues concerning the status of all materials handled at Revela Foods - Litchfield, LLC.
  • Assisting in developing new Batch Records for customers and revising as appropriate.
  • Monitoring on-line testing equipment as directed by the Quality Lead, Senior Quality Manager, Assistant Quality Manager.
  • Performing raw materials analysis when required.
  • Assisting with the status of all materials handled at Revela Foods - Litchfield, LLC (Kosher, Halal, Allergen, Organic, Gluten Free, Non-GMO, etc).
  • Performing and assisting with scheduled audits and internal inspections.
  • Ensuring SDS documentation is available for raw materials and chemicals used on site.
  • Enforcing SOP's, cGMPs, HAACP, Food Safety, Food Defense, Allergen, Food Safety Culture, and company policies.
  • Alerting the Senior Quality Manager/Quality Lead/Assistant Quality Manager of actual or potential issues that may affect the Safety / Quality / Integrity / Security of raw materials, packaging components, finished products, equipment, and buildings/grounds.
  • Empowering to act within the scope of their responsibilities to resolve the impact of these issues immediately.
  • Ensuring individuals are informed and held accountable for these programs/procedures.
  • Reporting suspicious activity or unusual observations to the Senior Quality Manager/Quality Lead/Assistant Quality Manager.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by the Senior Quality Manager/Quality Lead/Assistant Quality Manager.
