Key Responsibilities:

  • Underwrite new investment opportunities, including financial analysis and market research.
  • Create investment presentations with supporting documents and analysis.
  • Execute acquisitions with a seasoned team of investment professionals.
  • Oversee research and due diligence throughout the transaction lifecycle.
  • Manage external vendors and advisors.
  • Support the team with capital markets, evaluating capital structure alternatives and responding to lender requests.
  • Monitor active investments and create quarterly reports.
  • Assist in preparing annual operating budgets and long-term forecasts.
  • Organize and present market data analysis, drawing objective conclusions and making recommendations.

Requirements:

  • 14 years of transaction experience at a top-tier investment bank or investment firm.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on financial modeling and PowerPoint.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a Business-related major, such as Real Estate Finance or Economics.
