As a Marketing Intern/Peer-to-Peer team member, you will leverage your skills to promote meal plans, aid in the development and execution of marketing strategies, create social media content, and implement events. Ultimately, you will enhance the campus experience for your peers in innovative ways.

Key Responsibilities
  • Familiarity with Meal Plans, campus facilities, and the overall Dining Services Program.
  • Support the Marketing Coordinator in executing marketing events throughout the academic year.
  • Assist with promotional sampling to introduce new menu offerings.
  • Engage in Dining Services tabling events to educate and promote meal plans.
  • Participate in Orientation, Open House, and Accepted Student Day activities.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Coordinator to generate engaging social media content for Dining Services.
  • Provide information to guests, students, and families regarding Dining Services.
  • Conduct surveys to gather feedback for the Dining Services Team.
  • Utilize available tools and technology to facilitate meal plan sales.
  • Perform administrative tasks as required.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and a positive attitude towards guests and colleagues.
  • Ensure the security of company resources.
  • Comply with Aramark safety protocols, including food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Qualifications
  • Enjoys a lively work atmosphere and exhibits a competitive sales mindset.
  • Interest in sales and marketing.
  • Passion for creating social media content.
  • Desire to actively engage with customers to boost meal plan sales.
  • Demonstrates strong guest service abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Self-driven and effective communicator with peers and supervisors.
  • This role may involve physical activities such as lifting, bending, and extended periods of walking or standing. Uniforms and/or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.
