Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a consistently clean and appealing environment around the Leasing Office, Clubhouse, Pool, and all communal areas.
  • Maintain cleanliness of streets, curbs, and sidewalks.
  • Regularly sweep all breezeways and steps.
  • Keep laundry facilities tidy and organized.
  • Ensure doors and light fixtures are clean.
  • Replace exterior light bulbs as necessary.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the pool area and pool furniture.
  • Keep the mailroom organized and clean.
  • Regularly empty all trash receptacles as needed, checking daily.
  • Report any inoperable vehicles on the property to the Maintenance Supervisor and/or Property Manager.
  • Notify the Maintenance Supervisor and/or Property Manager of any potential liabilities.
  • Assist in preparing apartments for new tenants and cleaning units.
  • Support snow removal efforts as required by the organization.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures as well as community regulations relevant to your specific property.
  • Familiarize yourself with and assist in ensuring property compliance with all company standards and objectives.
  • Perform any additional duties or responsibilities as assigned by the company as needed.
