- Reporting: Create comprehensive marketing performance reports, including KPIs such as ROI, CPA, CTR, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs. Present findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Campaign Optimization: Collaborate with the marketing team to monitor active campaigns, offering insights for real-time adjustments to improve performance and maximize efficiency.
- Market Research: Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and provide data-backed recommendations for targeting and positioning strategies.
- Forecasting & Budgeting: Work with the marketing and finance teams to forecast marketing expenditures and allocate budgets based on data-driven predictions of campaign performance.
- Customer Insights: Analyze customer behavior and segmentation data to better understand key demographics, preferences, and trends, and suggest ways to enhance customer engagement and retention.
- A/B Testing: Assist in the design and analysis of A/B tests to determine the effectiveness of different marketing strategies and optimize conversion rates.
- Cross-Channel Integration: Work closely with team members from different marketing channels to ensure that strategies are cohesive and optimized for overall business goals.
- Marketing Tools Expertise: Recommend, establish, and utilize various analytics and marketing tools to monitor performance and track ROI across all channels.

- Technical Skills: Proficient in data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Excel, and CRM platforms.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large sets of data and identify patterns and trends.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present insights in a clear and concise manner.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and analysis.
