  • Campaign Optimization: Collaborate with the marketing team to monitor active campaigns, offering insights for real-time adjustments to improve performance and maximize efficiency.
  • Market Research: Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and provide data-backed recommendations for targeting and positioning strategies.
  • Forecasting & Budgeting: Work with the marketing and finance teams to forecast marketing expenditures and allocate budgets based on data-driven predictions of campaign performance.

  • Cross-Channel Integration: Work closely with team members from different marketing channels to ensure that strategies are cohesive and optimized for overall business goals.
  • Marketing Tools Expertise: Recommend, establish, and utilize various analytics and marketing tools to monitor performance and track ROI across all channels.
  • Data Presentation: Create visually compelling dashboards and reports that make complex data easy to understand for non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in marketing analysis, data analysis, or a related role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Excel, and CRM platforms.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large sets of data and identify patterns and trends.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present insights in a clear and concise manner.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and analysis.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and solve complex problems using data-driven approaches.
