Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve cocktails, beers, and wines to guests

  • Work collaboratively with the Front of House and Back of House teams to ensure seamless service
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive guest experience
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, specifically the bar area
Requirements
  • Previous bartending experience required (2+ years Manhattan experience preferred)
  • Flexible availability on nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic understanding of food and beverage menus, ingredients, and sourcing
  • Passion for cocktails and basic understanding of wine
  • Ability to work efficiently and delegate tasks to the Barback
