Warehouse Operations Team Member

Rocky Mountain ATV/MC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Warehouse Operations and Logistics Teams as a Warehouse Operations Team Member.
This is a part-time position working Monday through Friday from 4:30 PM to 9:00 PM. As a Warehouse Operations Team Member, you will be responsible for picking, packaging, and shipping products to customers around the world.

Key Responsibilities:
- Pick, package, and ship products to meet high-speed delivery expectations.
- Use independent judgment and decision-making to ensure operations and quality of service are met.
- Collaborate with team members to receive, inventory, and distribute products efficiently.
- Perform inventory control procedures, including monitoring and maintaining optimal storage efficiency.
- Work collaboratively and cooperatively with others, committing to a workplace of teamwork, dignity, and respect.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is desired but not necessary.
- Ability to understand, read, and/or comprehend instructions and directions, including different numbers and specifications.
- Must be able to work scheduled hours and be a collaborative team player.
- Strong work ethic focused on commitment, pride of work, quality, desire to learn, and dependability.
Physical Requirements:
This position requires regular physical ability to walk and function in elevation changes, including steps, ladders, and varied walking and working surfaces. Ability to negotiate warehouse work areas in a safe manner and behavior. Vision abilities include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus. Performing in this role requires the use of hands to use and handle tools, objects, materials, and controls. Employee will need to be able to read, write, and understand basics of the English language. Employee may have to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and up to 45 pounds assisted or if capable.
