As a Registered Nurse in the Medical Surgical Unit at PeaceHealth, you will have the opportunity to provide direct patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality care to our patients, and we are seeking a skilled and compassionate nurse to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care in compliance with professional practice and unit standards.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques.
Requirements:
Current Washington RN licensure required by date of hire.
American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers required by date of hire.
RN experience required unless job is designated for the New Grad Residency Program.
Ability to demonstrate proficiency by successfully passing EKG test.
