Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional to provide support and assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping our clients achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support and assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their daily lives.
  • Assist with personal care and hygiene, including bathing and dressing.
  • Help with household chores, such as laundry and cleaning.
  • Accompany individuals to appointments and outings, promoting socialization and community integration.
  • Teach independent living skills, such as cooking and managing finances.
  • Document care provided and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Meet all pre-employment screening requirements.
