Direct Support Professional ICF

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional to join our team at RHA Health Services. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health, and/or substance use needs to live their best lives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide support and assistance to individuals with disabilities in their daily lives, promoting independence and self-advocacy.
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Teach independent living skills, such as cooking, cleaning, and managing finances.
- Accompany individuals to appointments, outings, and community activities.
- Document care provided and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized plans.
- Provide emotional support and advocacy for individuals with mental health and substance use needs.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Meet all pre-employment screening requirements.
- Competitive pay rate of $15.00 per hour.
