Job Summary:

This role involves working as a surgical technologist II in the Operating Room. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of surgical procedures and be able to demonstrate knowledge of the same. They will be responsible for ensuring all supplies and equipment are available for the procedure and in working condition. Additionally, they will confirm and/or assemble sterile instruments for use correctly, anticipate the needs of the surgeon, and maintain and monitor the sterile field.

Requirements:

This position requires at least 5 years of experience, with a focus on open heart experience. The candidate must also have BLS (AHA) and NBSTSA certifications, as well as experience working in a tertiary care center and/or designated level I or II trauma center. Travel experience is highly preferred, and COVID-19 vaccination is required.

We offer a competitive contract completion bonus of $5,000 for a successful 13-week contract. We are looking for a candidate who can bring their expertise and experience to our team and contribute to the success of our Operating Room.
