Verbal Beginnings is a growing, BHCOE-accredited autism therapy provider dedicated to serving children diagnosed with autism. Our clinical team is committed to mentoring professionals to enhance their ABA skills while also receiving guidance to advance their own clinical careers. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough skills and behavior assessments to gain a comprehensive understanding of clients.
  • Develop detailed treatment plans and implement evidence-based interventions.
  • Train, supervise, and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) on your team.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and quality assurance teams to optimize client outcomes.
  • Coordinate with and train caregivers to empower them as partners in their child's development.

Qualifications:

  • A Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field is required.
  • Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with experience in supervising ABA treatment programs implemented by RBTs.
  • Licensure in the state of Maryland is required or actively pursuing licensure at the time of hire.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, outcomes-based care to clients and their families.
