Sherwin-Williams is seeking highly motivated and ambitious individuals to join our Sales Leadership Development Program. As a participant in this program, you will have the opportunity to develop your sales skills and leadership abilities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and profitability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve sales targets and goals
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
- Provide coaching and guidance to sales team members to enhance their performance
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a retail or customer-facing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
