We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Threat Intelligence Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with intelligence analysis principles and methodologies, as well as knowledge of adversarial TTPs, threat vectors, and intelligence reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and present intelligence displays to stakeholders.
  • Conduct briefings and drive requirements/tasks to ensure successful mission execution.
  • Process and convert raw data from various sources into usable intelligence information.
  • Receive, analyze, and disseminate critical information to support the success of DHS CISA mission.
  • Provide strategic, operational, and tactical analysis based on raw intelligence collected from different sources.
  • Evaluate intelligence to determine accuracy and disseminate to appropriate levels of offices/organizations/partners.
Required Skills:
  • Experience with developing and gathering comprehensive knowledge of attributed and unattributed cyber actors.
  • Experience with research, investigation, and data collection processes.
  • Experience collaborating/coordinating all source analytic assessments with external agencies.
  • Proficiency in databases and software programs commonly used in an intelligence environment, including Microsoft Office suite, M3, TAC, HOTR, Google Earth, Intelink, Gemini, MIDB, GCCS-J.
  • Strong organizational skills, team focus, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with government and industry personnel at all levels of seniority.
  • Excellent oral, writing, and coordination skills to communicate factual information clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, often under pressure and tight deadlines.
Education Requirements:
  • Equivalencies: High School Diploma/GED 6 years, Associates Degree 4 years, Bachelor's Degree 2 years, Master's Degree 0 years.
